Sara Midda - Valentine’s Themed Exhibition Opens at Chris Beetles Gallery

Sara Midda’s Retrospective Exhibition, held at the Gallery last November and December, was wide-ranging, enormous and heavily-selling. It was ironically titled ‘Small But Beautifully Formed’, and established her even more firmly as one of the most significant illustrators of the last 50 years.

This new Valentine’s-themed exhibition from Sara Midda features 66 original illustrations that appeared in some of Sara’s most celebrated books, including In and Out of the Garden, A is for Adultery and Baby Book. The show also features a delightful group of illustrations produced in the 1970s for the Guardian’s ‘Valentines’ series.

The exhibition will run from February 14th - February 21st 2026.
